Frazier; his children, Julie Fisk (Mark), Timothy Jones (Allison) and Kasey Olivares (Joel); his grandchildren, Gabriel Jones, Lauren Fisk, Harrison Fisk, Silas Jones, Angeline Jones and Beatrix Jones; and his siblings, Barb Weber (Jack), Randy Jones (Pat) and Susan Tobey (Richard). He is also survived by his family, friends.
