He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Pamela Clark; and his parents, Chester Wazny and Irene Wazny. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jablonski (Mack); his children, Shelby Bleile (Adam) and Zach (Alexa); his grandchildren, Preston, Bella, Vivi and Eva; his stepchildren, Lisa Woelke (Gary), Michelle Stolz, Chad Peterson (Megan), Tre, Trent, Morgan, Tyler and Milo; and his siblings, Steve (Connie), George (Diana), Larry, Ed (Char), Phil Dan (Mary Ellen), Chet (Mary Ann), Maryann (Doug), Katie (Lee) and Janice.
