She is survived by: her children, Mark Hempstead (Faye) of Foley, AL and Kelly Banks; her daughter-in-law Linda Hempstead of Milton, FL; her grandchildren, Ronald Inman, Martin Hempstead (Christen), Shawn Black (James) and Jason Hempstead; and her sister Margaret Gill (Carl) of Midland. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
