With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lael E. Nussbaum of Midland, Michigan, born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on June 16, 2023 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lael E. Nussbaum to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents-in-law, Melvin and Betty Kern; and his brother-in-law John Wilson. He is survived by : his wife Linda M. Kern; his children, Jennifer Summers of Katy and Scott Nussbaum (Elizabeth) of Warrenton, Virginia; his grandchildren, Emily, Olivia, Abigail Summers, Brendan, Kyle, Katelyn Nussbaum, Hannah and Rachel Hunter; his siblings, Nannette Wilson, Margaret Nussbaum and Francis "Frank" Nussbaum, Jr. (Gloria); and his sister-in-law Nancy Gibbs (G. Randall). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Lael's name may be directed to the charity of choice.
