He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilkie Bush and Anna Bush (Jordan); his siblings, Sally Kerr, Mark Bush (Sue) and Dennis "Pete" Bush (Margie); his stepmother Mary Louise Bush; his brother-in-law Terry Gorton; and also, Wilkie and Anna Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Lucinda "Cindy" Davey (Bob), Julie Darling (Stephen Snyder) and Daniel Bush (Diane); his grandchildren, Carly, Ryan, Keith, Jason, Kristy, Emily, Kayla and Patrick; and his siblings, Carolyn Hook (RJ), Jean MacDonald (Dave), Janet Pridemore (John), Helen Gorton (Terry), Jim Bush (Betty) and Mike Bush (Nina).
