She was predeceased by: her parents, William Meekhof (Bill) and Mary Meekhof (Evelyn). She is survived by: her son Matthew Wontorcik (Linzy); her grandchildren, Jakson (Smith), Izlyn, Kennedy and Penelope; her children, Dixie Meekhof (DD) and Jeffery Meekhof (Penny); and her sisters, Karen Mielke and Sandy Swift.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith-Miner Funeral Home (2700 W Wackerly St, Midland, MI 48640). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider making a donation in her honor to a charity of their choice or to a local hospice organization.
