She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Kern Sr. and Anna Kern (Beller); her husband Joseph "Boogie" Major Jr.; her siblings, Caroline Foster, Fredrick, Ricky and Gregory Kern Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, William Foster and Karen Kern.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Clark (Jeff Bublitz) of Midland, MI; her siblings, Theodore Kern Jr. of Beaverton, MI, Jerry Kern (Sandy) of Gladwin, Kathy York (Tom) of Midland and Renee Hecht (Gary) of Vassar; her sisters-in-law, Donna Kern of Saginaw and Judy Kern of Beaverton; her niece Teri Pero; and her grandson Daniel Snoddy.
