We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 96, Paul James Murphrey of Midland, Michigan, born in Redford, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Murphrey and Inga Murphrey (Petersen). He is survived by : his wife Amy Murphrey (Church); and his daughters, Lettie Gray (Bill), Deborah Ellen, Rebecca Griffith (Jeff) and Jan Pickering (Mark). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Calvary Baptist Church in his honor.
