He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey F. Palmer and Ida Margaret Palmer (McWethy); his siblings, Murray Palmer, Marilyn Jones (Beryl) and Doris Maxwell; and his granddaughter Dawn Lynn MacLean.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. LaMee; his children, Lyle Palmer, Carrie Harbron (Marc), Mary Hamilton (Matthew), Shari Swartz (Dirk) and Larry Palmer (Doris); and his sister Janet Vance. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
