He is survived by: his children, Becky Haywood of Grand Rapids and Tom Peterson (Laura) of Midland; his grandchildren, Daniel (Hannah), Philip (Alex), Stephanie (Josh) and Eric; his great grandchildren, Jonah, Claire and Emelia; his brother Richard Peterson; and his brother-in-law Don Eash.
