He is survived by: his children, Shawn Swartzentruber (Kevin) and Brooke King (Steve); his grandchildren, Ethan, Austin, Reana, Owen and Evan; his sisters, Joann David and Midge Benson (Ham); and his former wife Karen (Sturm).
