She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Dennison and Irene Dennison (Wanty); her husband Joseph; her brothers, William, Gerald, Lauren and Dale Dennison; and her sisters-in-law, Arliss and Irene.
She is survived by: her close friends, Bob, Joan Van Orman, Ken and Marilee Smiley; her children, Cynthia Swope (Edward) of Dundee, Gregory Tomecek (Anna) of Ypsilanti, Bradley Tomecek (Pamela) of Goshen and Matthew Tomecek (Kristi) of Milan; her grandchildren, Jordan Eichorst (Daniel), Travis Tomecek (Nicole), Allison Drus (Jay), Olivia Tomecek and Gavin Tomecek; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Riley, Malcolm, Eloise, Harper, Lucy, Zola, Miller, Dallas, Ezra and Malakai. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Ochalek Funeral and Cremation Service (218 E Main St, Milan, MI 48160). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Formerly Marble Memorial United Methodist Church (8 Park Ln, Milan, MI 48160).
