He was predeceased by: his sister Lori. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Patten and Patricia Patten (Merchand); his wife Connie Gable; his sisters, Debra Bonam (Phillip), Pam Weasel (Dan), Kathy Serrato and Kris Patten; his father-in-law Robert (Judith Gable); and his brother-in-law Brian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ochalek Funeral and Cremation Service (218 E Main St, Milan, MI 48160). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hospice of Lenawee in David's name.
