He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holbrook and Margie Holbrook (Wrightsman); his siblings, Bev Meadows, Bill and Rick Holbrook (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Kay Kennedy and Butch Kennedy.

He is survived by: his friend Vanda; his spouse Vanda Holbrook; his daughters, Angi Holbrook and Christine Landis (Corey); and his siblings, Ronnie Holbrook, Bobby Holbrook, John Holbrook, Johnny Varney (Janet), Pauline Kennedy-Ball and Louie Kennedy (Barb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
