He was predeceased by: his siblings, David and Selah; his great-grandparent Norma Robinson; his grandmother Donna Hodgson; and his name sake Patrica "Trish" Lumley.
He is survived by: his parents, Dawn Craddock and Don Craddock; his foster parents, Kathy Konys and Jeff Konys; his siblings, Zac (Jessica), John (Katie), Marah-Lynn, Darrin, Keegan (HarLee), Luke, Quintin, Ruth, Dalton, Caleb and Owen; his niece Luna; his nephews, Elijah and Harrison; his grandparents, Deborah Semik (Tom), Terry Craddock (Sue), Douglas Truitt (Cheryl) and Kathleen White (Allen); Michael Daniels. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Penrickton Center For Blind Children in Bryan's Honor.
