She was predeceased by: her husband Jack. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Henn (Jack), Linda Quackenbush, Charles Davis (Debra) and Jack Davis (Amie); her grandchildren, Krista Maier (Ron), Daniel Henn (Wendy), Steven Henn, Jennifer Reece, Michelle Reece, Joshua Quackenbush and Christopher Davis; and her great grandchildren, Derek Derek Maier, Jason Maier, Mercedes Henn, Suzanne Henn, Matthew Henn, Noella Henn, Tyler Reece, Allysa, Ashley Wyzykowksi, Izzabelle Quackenbush, Elizabeth Quackenbush and Jozlyn Quackenbush. She is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
