He is survived by: his mother Florence Campbell; his wife Terri Campbell; his children, Daniel Fabrizio, Angela Woodbeck (Matthew), Stephen Fabrizio (Mallory), Tehya Campbell, Brendan Campbell, Kaleb Campbell, Nicholas Campbell and Jordan Campbell; his grandchildren, Cole, Madalynn, Olivia Fabrizio, Joseph, Karagan and Caden Woodbeck; and his sisters, Laura Witczak (John), Mari Veenstra (Eric) and Debra Simko. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends.
