She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley O. Watkins and Jeanne E. Watkins (Swanson); her son Eugene; and her sisters, Pamela Watkins and Kathleen Lake.
She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Palmer (Amber) of Texas. She is also survived by her family, friends.
