He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Tibbs and Eleanor Tibbs; his daughter Shannon; and his brother Laird Tibbs. He is survived by: his children, Heather Tibbs, Angela Nagy (Terry) and Matthew Tibbs (Rachel); and his siblings, Martin, Wayne Tibbs and Connie. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
