She is survived by : her mother Carolyn Hammond; her husband Michael Probstfeld; her children, Derek Probstfeld (Stephanie), James Probstfeld (Megan) and Angela Budai (Lajos); her grandchildren, Beckett, Iver Probstfeld, Lucia Probstfeld, Nora and Tamas Budai; her sisters, Donna Ropek, Connie Morelli (Don) and Julie Sowinski (Andy); and her godchildren, Thomas Ropek and Valerie Morelli. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions are encouraged in Paula's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis , TN 38105.
