He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol Colegrove Conklin. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Shelley M. Dunkin (Tom), David O. Conklin (Wendy), Miles A. Conklin and Kim E. Johnson; his stepchildren, Webb Colgrove (Beth), Marcia Yockers (Dennis) and Kelley Riedel; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Jacob Conklin, Jazzmine Berven, Travis Hill, Cheyenne Melick, Gretchen Kleinsasser, Janet Yockers, Amber, Joshua Colegrove, David and Valerie Riedel. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
