He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Reece and Violet Reece (Gusler); and his son Daniel "Danny" Reece. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Malmberg; his sons, Michael Reece (Shellie), Steve Reece (Debbie) and Ron Reece (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Candi Franzel (David), Tarah Worley (Josh), Tony Reece (Andrea), Nicole Nickens, Rachel Fahrenbruch (Jacob), Shane Nickens, Kyle Reece and Brian Reece; his great grandchildren, Max and Julia Worley; and his sister Dixie Reece-Snyder. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home, Birch Run Chapel (8116 Main St, Birch Run, MI 48415). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
