He is survived by: his wife Sarah Slough; his son Harrison Slough; his parents, Donna Wood (David) and Kevin Slough (Carol); his parents-in-law, Ruth Kellett (Dale Bennett) and Kim Kellett; his siblings, Kody Slough (Chelsea) and Haliey Johnson; his stepsister Lena Bernardo (Justin); his sister-in-law Leanne Franke (Evan); and his grandparents, Diana Slough, Don, Janet Andis, Virginia Smith, Charlie and Doris Wood.
