He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hlavacs; his children, Keith John Hlavacs (Anne Lazowski), Cindy Short and Colleen Ann Ochs (Martin); his grandchildren, Joel Gregory Short, Devin Ann Ochs and Steven Andrew Ochs; and his great grandchild Charleigh Rylynn Short.
