He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Simpkins and Irene Simpkins (Hall). He is survived by: his wife Alma Simpkins; his children, Brett Simpkins, Barry Simpkins (Lynnette) and Dawn Reszke; his grandchildren, Joshua Simpkins, Leila Simpkins, Kendra Reszke, Megan Reszke and Savannah Arredondo-Carney (Chris); his great grandchildren, Cienna, Clyde, Clayton and Callahan; and his siblings, Gene Simpkins (Eve), Gary Simpkins (Jan) and Darlene Meehan (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
