Lela V. Higgins Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 22, 2023, at the age of 96, Lela V. Higgins of Millington, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Kurpsel and Ottilie Kurpsel (Petzold); her son Wayne Higgins; her husband Arnold Higgins; and her sisters, Vera Kern (late James) and Edna Ferber (late Ralph).
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Higgins and Diane Maxson (Les); her daughter-in-law Cathy Higgins; her granddaughters, Leslee Lloyd (Noel), Sarah Pobocik (Daniel), Melissa Wagner (Anthony) and Amanda Boerneke (Jeffrey); her great grandchildren, Brennan, Ryan, Lauren, Natalie, Lyla, Amelia, Luke and Ben; her sister Lola Wendt (Roger); and her close friends, Larry and Carol Kammer.
