He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Jakubczak; his children, Tina Trosper (Paul), Tammy Coyle (Jerry), Tracie Kean (Steve) and Ronald Matthew Jakubczak (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Elaina Sontag (Jordan), Arron Trosper, Kennedy Kean, Addison Kean, Samantha Kean, Carson Kean, Bradyen Jakubczak and Charlotte Jakubczak; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Holley; and his sister Dody Yahn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
