Ronald J. Leach Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald J. Leach Sr. of Millington, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 16, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Leach and Lila Leach (Kowitz); his sons, Ronald J. Leach Jr. and Bryan Leach; his siblings, Helen Long, George Leach, Marleah Hoard, William Leach and Raymond Leach; and his in-laws, Herb and Marjorie Opperman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Leach; his daughters, Jessie Bassett (Jeff) and Bethany Leach; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Bassett and Brycen Bassett; his sisters, Joyce Schmitzer, Irma Jean Mason and Bernice Carr; his sister-in-law Niola Leach; and his in-laws, Gail Schlaud, Curt, Nancy Fisher, Randy, Betty Opperman, Rick and Nancy Opperman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hanlin Funeral Home - Millington (4823 Main St, Millington, MI 48746). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Millington Township Cemetery (4921 Main St, Millington, MI 48746).
Memorial donations may be directed to the Millington Baptist Church.
