He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lautner and Mary Lautner (Fenwick); his wife Marilyn Geyer; his children, Thomas and Janis; and his siblings, Francis, Charles and Theresa Block.
He is survived by: his children, Monica Tibbetts (Doug Van Sickle) of Deckerville, Mike Lautner of Ubly, Robin Haag (Brian) of Bad Axe, Chris Lautner, Frank Lautner (Carey), Bobby Lautner (Mindy) and Brad Lautner; his stepchildren, Holly Essenmacher (Mark) of Ruth, Melody Frankowski of Sand Point and Dr. Laurie Hanselman (Dennis Langley) of Caseville; his siblings, Allen Lautner (Kathryn) of Minden City, Mary June Bigras of Canada, Gerard Lautner, Sara Lautner of Sandusky and Jack Lautner (Deb) of Minden City; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald and Shirley Geiger of Palms. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Sanilac Humane Society.
