She is survived by: her parents, Rosita Maria Hurtado and David Perez; her pet Ava; her siblings, Hilary Perez, Hunter Perez and Kyle Forbing; her godchildren, Ellie Stephens, Nessa Stephens and Kendall Stephens; her aunt Kim "Homie K" (John); and her close friends, Tia Stephens, Kaitlyn Berry and Susan Carter. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
