He is survived by: his wife Lynn Gehringer (Sanders); his children, Melanie Iwinski (Robert "Dumbass"), Lisa Gehringer, James Gehringer and Christie Jo Thompson; his grandchildren, Michelle Miller, Gabriel Rahn, Allison Rahn, Sasha Gehringer and Charlotte Gehringer; his siblings, Andy Barrera (Roxanne), John Gehringer (Joyce), Dorothy Cundy, Andrew Gehringer, Laura Roth, Nancy Lewis, Dawn Lederer and Gloria Harris; his sister-in-law Deborah Gehringer; his son-in-law Christopher Rahn; and his brother-in-law Mark Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mio Community Center (305 E 9th St, Mio, MI 48647).
