He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Danhoff (Thomas); his grandchildren, Collin Patrick, Taylin Duane and Mackenzie Rhoads (Garrett); his mother MaryAnna Grover; and his siblings, Denise Sizemore (Marty), Chris Folts (Michelle) and Terry Folts (Diane).
