He was predeceased by : his parents, Bert Rice and Doris Rice (Lalonde); and his siblings, Thomas, Robert, Theresa and Sherry.
He is survived by : his wife Loretta Rice (Trudeau) of Mio; his children, Jason Sykes (Heather) of Milan, Christine Berry (Devon) of Mio and Jonathan Rice of Mio; his grandchildren, Abigail Stewart, Avery Sykes and Emma Stewart; and his brother Bert Rice of Corpus Christi, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
