She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Frank and Gertrude Frank (Van Horn); her brother Dale Frank; her husband Dale; and her son Allen.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Walter Frank (Mary), Robert Frank (Marcia), David Armintrout (Nancy), Diana Lloyd (Rick) and Paula Trinoskey (Verne); and her friends, Eve Foote and Jeanie VandenBos.
