He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sixta Rodriguez and Julio Valentin; and his uncles, Robert Gonzalez and Pedro Vega. He is survived by: his parents, Octavio Reyes and Juana Valentin (Michael); his daughter Brandi (Mexico); his wife Brandi Reyes; his children, Selah Zia Salaam Fain, Shyanne Ellis, Khayla Ellis, Adriana Pfeifer, Noah Pfeifer and C. J. Hayter; and his siblings, Evette Figaro (Winford), Crystal Valentino (Matthew), Celest Alves (Nathan), David Reyes Jr., Iris Reyes, Gabriel Reyes and Christopher Reyes. He is also survived by niece & nephews.
