She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smith and Jean Smith (Choquette); her former husband Andrew Smith, Sr.; her daughters, Michele Smith and Cherie Smith; her grandson Cody Redli; and her siblings, Barbara, Esther, Dick and Carol.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Clark; her children, Bella Lane (Al), Garnet Osborne (Kevin), Lisa Smith and Andrew Smith, Jr. (Kimberly); and her sister Jeannie Saki. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
