He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Carol Ann Rice of Monroe, Billy Joe Rice of Monroe and Michael Dwayne Rice of Monroe; and his siblings, Shirley Wiley, Jeanne Cosby and Wanda Rice. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
