He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur S. Miller and Florence M. Miller (Boehm); his wife Phyllis J. Muehleisen; his daughter Vickie J. Miller; his son-in-law Lyle Bouy; his brother-in-law Thomas Rouland; and his niece Karen Rouland.
He is survived by : his children, Paul Miller (Mary) of Carleton, Susan Miller of Monroe, Sharon Bouy of Gretna, LA and Julie Waldecker (Wayne) of Newport; his grandchildren, Stephanie Miller (Matt Breitner), Conrad Miller (Emily), Andrew Miller (Sarah), Sarah Miller (Jeff Harris), Magdalene Waldecker and Ashley Waldecker; his sister-in-law Glenda Rouland of St. Charles, MO; and his nephews, Rev. Mark Rouland (Megan) and Craig Rouland (Jenn). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
