She was predeceased by: her father Orville; and her grandson Scott Cheney. She is survived by: her husband LaVern Cheney; her children, Cheryl Tedder (Gary) of Indianapolis, Michael Cheney (Bonnie) of Monroe and Roger Cheney of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Robert Tedder (Rochelle), Brian Tedder, Julie Koesel (David) and Stephen Cheney (Staci); and her brother Richard Hutchison (late Eileen).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 108 Washington Street Monroe, Michigan 48161.
