It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Fleeman (Monroe, Michigan), who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Fleeman and Pearl Fleeman (Kennedy). He is survived by: his wife Donna Fleeman; his daughters, Tana Wurm (William) and Anna Fleeman; his grandson Hunter Hickman; and his sister Brenda Dolan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (2345 S Custer Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
