She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd H. Steinbrecher and Margaret B. Steinbrecher (Waitman); her husband Tommy "Wildhorse" Riggs; her children, Thomas Riggs and Rhonda Minton; and her sister Bessie Schell.

She is survived by: her children, Todd Riggs (Angie) of Monroe, Eric Riggs of Monroe and Regan Taormina (John) of Monroe; her sisters, Kaye Sautter (Ted) of Indiana and Sally Hess (George) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Derick, Dustin, Shalyn, Chavis, Challon, Chandyn, Arrias, Alexz, Gino, Niko and Giovanni; her great grandchildren, Dylon, Dayton, Dextin, Darika, Jayla, Rylan, Ryriyae and Olivia; and her great great grandchild Kingston.
