He was predeceased by: his parents, Vestal Worley and Graten Worley (Lumsford); his daughter Julie; and his brothers, Nolan and Earlin.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Ann Cardwell; his children, John Worley (Barbara) of Monroe, Gerald Worley (Laura) of Monroe and Alicia Haynes (Ed) of Port St; his sister Shelia Hartman (Alan) of Winston Salem, NC; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Aaron, Morgan, Nicholas, Cody and Tiffany. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Burlin's memory are suggested to Heritage Baptist Church.
