She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ziegler and Dorothy Ziegler (LaPointe); her husband Philip Ameye; and her siblings, Theresa McMullen, Rosemary Jacobs, Ruth Anne Brown, Robert, Kenneth, Austin Ziegler and Shirley Ziegler.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Ameye (Shauna) and Brenda Griffiths (John); her grandchildren, Erik Ameye (Margaret), Jason Ameye, Kevin Ameye, Leigha Ameye, Alyssa Ameye, Kenny Sortor, Skylar Sortor, Jonathan Griffiths and Nick Griffiths; her great grandchildren, Sutton and Kinsley Gee; and her brother Richard Ziegler (Sharon).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (2345 S Custer Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
