Though Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned E. Huston and Jessie Huston (Johnson); his son Scott D. Huston; and his brother Mark Huston. He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Kraus; his children, Richard Huston (Carla) of Newport and Cheryl Hunter (Michael) of Mayville; and his grandchildren, Derrick Huston, Angela Clauda (James), Bradley Huston (Jessica) and Holly Romero (Justin). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (2345 S Custer Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A rosary will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
