He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Batista and Edwina Batista (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Steven D. of New York, NY and Brian E. of Phoenicia, NY; his grandchildren, Milo and Eve; and his sister Sandra Saferin of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many wonderful friends.
