He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Mushung and Susanne Mushung (Braun); his former wife Barb; his siblings, Fred, Jack Mushung, Elaine Mushung and Joan Van Slambrouck; and his stepson Nicholas Revard.
He is survived by: his daughter Beverly; his granddaughter Meaghan; his wife Beverly Mushung; his children, Lisa Soncrant (Michael) of Monroe, Lance Mushung (Kelley) of Monroe and Jeremy Mushung (Pamela) of Monroe; his brothers, Robert Mushung of Vero Beach, FL and Charles Mushung (Elaine) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Joshua Soncrant (Dana), Erin Mushung and Samantha Mushung; his great grandchildren, David Soncrant, Jaxson Soncrant and John Cruz, III; his stepgrandchildren, Richie, Emily and Peighton; his close friends, Gerald Held and George Hess; and his nephew Dakota Mayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
