He was predeceased by: his brother Dale Duffey; his daughter Michelle Duffey; and his mother Eleanor Salow of Monroe, Michigan.. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Louise Duffey (Petree); his children, Tammy Duffey, Dawn Duffey, Dustin Duffey (Sarah) and Bridgett Drake (Patrick); and his granddaughters, Jessica, Sarah, Amelia, Evelyn, Claire, Molly Duffey, Jessa and Colette Drake. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law and their family.
He is also a member of the American Legion and was previously on the board of the American Cancer Society.
