She is survived by: her husband Nicholas; her children, Dennis Kountouris (Nicole) and Alexis Weaks (Jacob); her grandchildren, Eli, Ari and Desi Weaks; her father John Zambo; her siblings, Paul R. Ohodnicki Sr. (Marie), Jonathan Zambo (Laura), Cindy Hoffman (Mark), Kim Sokolowski (Gene), Marsha Cimmerman (Donald) and Lisa Michelessi (Joe); and her caregiver Debbie.
