She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kamprath and Nora Kamprath (Boehler); and her husband Forrest. She is survived by: her former husband Lavern C. Blank; her sons, Wayne Blank, Sr. (Sandy) and Tim Kolb (Toni); her grandchildren, Wayne Blank, Jr., Aprell Babic, Cristy Hicks (Brett) and Tracy Kolb; her great grandchildren, Gunner Blank, Katie, Nicholas Hicks, Brandi Blank, Brittany Babic and Brady Kolb; her great great grandchildren, Keegan Norris, Ayden Norris and Kolson Norris; her stepgrandchildren, Kellie, Dale McDaniel, Jen and Josh Bussell; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Dylan, Katelyn McDaniel, Kylie and Noah Bussell; her sister-in-law Dorothy Kamprath; and her siblings, Bertram, Claribel and Gerald Kamprath. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Doris supported and helped many children rise through their faith at Dakota Boys and Girls Foundation.
