We are sad to announce that, on August 6, 2025, at the age of 86, Dorothy Lou D'Haene of Monroe, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Dorothy Lou leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Dorothy Lou may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Morris and Martha Morris (Knolton); her daughter Diane McKinney; and her sister Judy Evans. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her daughters, Patricia A. Poley (Aaron) of Kalamazoo, Susan M. Carollo (Mark) of Monroe, Cynthia M. McHone (James) of Ida and Deborah L. Loughridge (Richard) of Grass Lake, MI; her brother David Morris; and her son-in-law Robert McKinney. She is also survived by grandchildren, eight treasured great grandchildren, four precious great great grandchildren.
